    I bring a person-centered approach and a trauma-informed lens to counseling, honoring your unique strengths and experiences.
    My areas of specialization include anxiety, eating disorders, relational work, and trauma. Using CBT, ACT, and DBT techniques, blended with attachment theory, I will assist you in exploring meaning, enhancing existing strengths, and developing effective coping strategies that empower you to flourish.

  • Stefanie Ramirez, MFT - Intern

    Stefanie holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and brings extensive experience working with children and families across diverse settings, including schools, homes, hospitals, and clinical environments. She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University, deepening her commitment to holistic, family-centered care.

    In addition to her clinical work, Stefanie serves as an instructor in the Physical Therapy Assistant and Radiography programs at a Seattle-based medical institute. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, with a particular focus on supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, OCD, and behavioral challenges.

    Stefanie is passionate about helping her clients grow and thrive, and she is known for creating a warm, supportive space where healing and transformation can take root. Outside of her professional life, Stefanie enjoys hiking with her dogs and family, even on rainy Pacific Northwest days. She’s a dedicated gardener and home baker who takes great pride in her “condo homestead,” and she’s always ready to offer comfort—often in the form of something delicious. A self-proclaimed book lover, Stefanie welcomes new reading recommendations and finds inspiration and spiritual grounding in her cultural heritage.
