Grief.

Grief changes you.

Whether it is the loss of a person, a relationship, a role, or a version of life you expected, grief can feel disorienting and all-encompassing. It may come in waves, show up unexpectedly, or linger in ways that others do not always understand.

There is no timeline for grief. There is no “right way” to move through it.

Various approaches remind us that grief is not about letting go or moving on, but about finding ways to remain connected while continuing to live.

In therapy, we create space for the full range of your experience. This may include sadness, anger, relief, confusion, or even moments of peace.

Our work includes:

  • Creating space for your grief to be expressed without pressure or expectation

  • Honoring your relationship to what has been lost

  • Exploring how grief is showing up in your thoughts, body, and relationships

  • Supporting you in finding ways to move forward while maintaining meaningful connection

The goal is not to “get over it,” but to help you carry your grief with care, integrating it into your life in a way that feels honoring and sustainable.
